Mezzanine & Decking Sheets

Mezzanine Building Applications: Commercial, Office, Industrial, Residential Our mezzanine structures can be designed to handle various loads, ranging from 250kg/sqm to 2000kg/sqm, suitable for offices and smaller structures. We provide pre-engineered buildings with mezzanine floors, ranging from single levels to multi-story options. These mezzanine floors can be equipped with deck sheeting or checkered plates.

The floor is constructed by placing deck sheets onto which a layer of concrete is poured. The deck sheet is bonded to the concrete through moldings that prevent horizontal slip and vertical detachment.

Stages of Construction

• Stage 1 : The deck sheet supports the weight of the concrete, personnel, and equipment during the hardening process.
• Stage 2 : Once the concrete hardens, the deck sheet and concrete form a unified bond, acting as traditional reinforced concrete, with the sheet providing metal reinforcement.
